This draft covers the substance of how Legacy Pullz actually operates (real sealed inventory, pre-recorded 1:1 video reveals, no cash-out, no buyback) and is meant to remove most of the ambiguity a lawyer would otherwise have to guess at. It is still not a substitute for review by a lawyer licensed in your state — specifically for the gambling/mystery-box classification question and the dispute-resolution clause in Section 13, which is intentionally left as a placeholder.

1. Who we are and what we sell

Legacy Pullz sells genuine, factory-sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game booster packs, sourced through legitimate distribution channels. Every pack listed on this site is real, physical inventory that Legacy Pullz has purchased and owns prior to sale. Legacy Pullz is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, licensed by, or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, The Pokémon Company International, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. Pokémon and all associated character names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account and make a purchase. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may ask you to verify your age or identity before completing an order.

3. How the reveal works

Each pack listed for sale corresponds to a specific, individual, real-world sealed pack already in our inventory. Before a pack is offered for sale, it is opened on camera by us or our staff, and the contents are recorded and catalogued card-for-card. When you purchase a pack, you are shown the pre-recorded video of that exact physical pack being opened, and the specific physical cards from that recording are assigned to your order. We do not substitute, re-use, or reassign a recording or its associated cards to more than one order.

4. What you're actually buying

You are buying a real, physical, factory-sealed trading card pack at the time of purchase, at a fixed price disclosed before checkout. The video reveal is a service we provide to let you see the contents before physical delivery — it does not change what you are buying or convert the transaction into a game, wager, or contest. The outcome you see is the same random assortment of cards that would have been inside the pack had you opened it yourself at home; we do not alter, cherry-pick, or interfere with pack contents.

5. Card ownership

You own every card that comes out of a pack you purchase, regardless of its individual rarity or market value, from the moment your order is confirmed. There is no mechanism to exchange, return, or trade a card you receive for a different one.

6. No cash-out, no buyback, no house payouts

Legacy Pullz does not purchase cards back from you, does not offer store credit in exchange for cards, and does not operate any cash-out feature. Any estimated market value shown in the app after a reveal is provided for informational purposes only, sourced from third-party market data, and is never an offer by Legacy Pullz to buy that card. Legacy Pullz does not operate spins, wheels, raffles, loot boxes, or any chance mechanic beyond the randomization already inherent in a factory-sealed trading card pack as manufactured by the original publisher.

7. Payment and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and include our markup over our own acquisition cost. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor at the time of purchase. We do not store your full payment card details.

8. Order changes and cancellations

Because each pack is tied to a specific pre-recorded reveal at the moment of purchase, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the reveal has been assigned to your account, except where required by law or at our discretion. If you experience a technical error during checkout, contact support before attempting to reorder.

9. Shipping and the Vault

You may request immediate shipment of your cards, or leave them held sealed at no charge in your Vault and ship them later, including combining multiple orders into a single shipment. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide; until then, Legacy Pullz is responsible for the physical cards associated with your account.

10. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

11. Prohibited use

You may not use automated means (bots, scripts) to purchase packs, attempt to circumvent per-account or per-order limits, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Legacy Pullz provides this service on an as-is, as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Pullz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

13. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Legacy Pullz will first be addressed through informal resolution by contacting support. 14. Changes to these terms
