Terms of Service
Effective date: September 16, 2026
1. Who we are and what we sell
Legacy Pullz sells real Pokémon Trading Card Game booster packs, sourced through legitimate distribution channels. Every pack listed is real, physical inventory that Legacy Pullz has purchased and owns prior to sale. Legacy Pullz is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, licensed by, or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, The Pokémon Company International, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. Pokémon and all associated names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account and make a purchase. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may ask you to verify your age or identity before completing an order.
3. How the reveal works
Each pack listed for sale corresponds to a specific, individual, real-world sealed pack already in our inventory. Before a pack is offered for sale, it is opened on camera by us or our staff, and the contents are recorded and catalogued card-for-card. When you purchase a pack, you are shown the pre-recorded video of that exact physical pack being opened, and the specific physical cards from that recording are assigned to your order. We do not substitute, re-use, or reassign a recording or its associated cards to more than one order.
4. What you're actually buying
You are buying a specific, real, physical trading card pack and its contents, at a fixed price disclosed before checkout. Each pack was sealed as packaged by its manufacturer and was opened on camera as described in Section 3. The video reveal is a service we provide to let you see the contents before physical delivery — it does not change what you are buying or convert the transaction into a game, wager, or contest. The outcome you see is the same random assortment of cards that would have been inside the pack had you opened it yourself at home; we do not alter, cherry-pick, or interfere with pack contents.
5. Purchase acknowledgement & assumption of risk
You acknowledge that the contents of a sealed trading card pack are determined at manufacture and are inherently random, and that the market value of any card can be highly variable and may be substantially less than the pack price. You are purchasing the physical pack and its contents for a fixed, disclosed price — not any particular card, rarity, or value. Any estimated values shown are informational only and are not a promise, appraisal, or offer. You assume the ordinary risks associated with purchasing sealed collectible products.
6. Card ownership
You own every card that comes out of a pack you purchase, regardless of its individual rarity or market value, from the moment your order is confirmed. There is no mechanism to exchange, return, or trade a card you receive for a different one.
7. No cash-out, no buyback, no house payouts
Legacy Pullz does not purchase cards back from you, does not offer cash in exchange for cards, and does not operate any cash-out feature. Coupons earned through referrals, and any store balance you add to your account, may be applied only toward purchases on Legacy Pullz and have no cash value; store balance is covered in detail in Section 9. Legacy Pullz does not operate loot boxes, prize draws tied to a purchase, or any chance mechanic that determines what you receive or what you pay, beyond the randomization already inherent in a sealed pack as packaged by the original publisher. The app includes a product selector, which is a browsing aid only: it picks one product from our catalogue at random and shows it to you, it awards nothing, it costs nothing, it changes no price, it does not change what is available to buy, and its result has no bearing on what is inside any pack you go on to buy. It is free and unlimited, and you never have to buy anything to use it. WE DO NOT RUN RAFFLES OR ANY OTHER PROMOTION IN WHICH BUYING SOMETHING IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR IMPROVES YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. We may from time to time run a free promotional giveaway (a sweepstakes). Where we do: no purchase is necessary to enter or to win; a purchase will not improve your chances of winning; there is always a free method of entry that is no harder to use than buying; and every entrant, whether they have bought anything or not, receives the same single entry. Each giveaway is governed by its own published official rules, which state who may enter, any age and geographic restrictions, the entry period, the prize and its approximate retail value, how the winner is selected, the odds of winning, the sponsor, and any other conditions. Those rules govern that giveaway; this Section does not replace them. Giveaways are void where prohibited or restricted by law, are not open to anyone under the age stated in the rules, and are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Apple Inc. or Discord Inc.
8. Payment, pricing, and tax
Prices are listed in US dollars and include our markup over our acquisition cost. The pack price shown while browsing is the full price of the pack — we do not add any separate service, handling, or payment-processing charge to it. Before you pay, checkout shows a complete breakdown: the pack subtotal, any coupon applied, any amount paid from your store balance, and the total left to pay. We are not currently registered to collect sales tax in any jurisdiction, so no sales tax is added to your order. We do ask for your ZIP code at checkout and pass it to Stripe to confirm that no tax is owed; it is used for that check and to work out shipping. If we become registered to collect sales tax somewhere, tax will appear as its own line in that breakdown before you authorize payment. Payment is processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, at the time of purchase. We do not store your full payment card details. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout.
9. Store balance and top-ups
You may add funds to a store balance held on your Legacy Pullz account. A balance is prepaid store credit and nothing more: it can be used only to buy packs from Legacy Pullz, it is not a deposit account, it is not a general-purpose gift card, and it earns no interest. Balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person or account, sold, or exchanged for cash — except where a law that applies to you requires a remaining balance to be redeemed in cash. If you believe that applies to you, contact support and we will honour it. Adding funds is final. Once funds are added they are not refundable to your original payment method, and we do not return an unspent balance as cash — it stays on your account, available to spend on packs, for as long as your account is open. Nothing in this paragraph limits any refund we owe you for an individual order (see Section 11), or any right you have under a law that applies to you. Your balance does not expire, and we do not charge inactivity, dormancy, maintenance, or service fees against it. Adding funds is not itself a purchase of goods, so no sales tax would be charged on a top-up in any event. We do not currently charge sales tax on pack purchases either; if we become registered to collect it, tax is charged when you buy a pack, on the price of that pack, exactly as it would be if you paid by card. When your balance covers the full cost of an order, the order is paid from balance and no card is charged. When it does not, you choose at checkout whether to put your balance towards the order and pay the remainder by card, or to leave your balance untouched and pay in full by card. If an order paid wholly or partly from balance is cancelled or refunded, the part that came from your balance is returned to your balance rather than to your card. If a payment used to add funds is later reversed, charged back, or refunded, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your balance, and where those funds have already been spent we may treat the shortfall as an amount owed to us. We may reverse balance credited in error or obtained through fraud or abuse. Balance is personal to your account and is not transferable; if your account is terminated under Section 16 for a reason set out there, any remaining balance may be forfeited except where the law requires otherwise.
10. Referral program & coupons
Referral rewards are promotional benefits offered at our discretion. A successful referral earns the referrer a coupon and gives the referred user a discount on their first pack. Rewards are granted only after a referred user completes a qualifying purchase, are subject to anti-fraud review, and may be withheld, reversed, or forfeited where we reasonably suspect abuse (including self-referrals, duplicate or automated accounts, or use of the same device across accounts). At most five (5) referrals per referrer may be rewarded in a single day. Coupons have no cash value, are non-transferable, do not stack — only one coupon may be applied to any order — cannot reduce an order to zero, and may expire or change. We may modify or discontinue the program at any time.
11. Order changes, cancellations, and refunds
Because each pack is tied to a specific pre-recorded reveal at the moment of purchase, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the reveal has been assigned to your account, except where required by law or at our discretion. In the rare event that a pack sells out at the exact moment your payment is processed and we cannot assign one to you, your purchase is automatically and fully refunded — no action is needed. Anything you paid by card is refunded to that card; anything paid from your store balance is returned to your balance, where it is available to spend immediately. If you experience a technical error during checkout, contact support before attempting to reorder.
12. Shipping, tracking, and the Vault
WE SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES ONLY. That includes US territories and military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, and it is USPS in every case. We do not ship internationally and cannot deliver to an address outside the United States, so the address you give us must be a US postal address with a two-letter state or territory code and a valid ZIP code. You may request shipment of your cards at any time, or leave them held sealed at no charge in your Vault, including combining multiple packs into a single shipment. THE VAULT IS NOT INDEFINITE STORAGE. Cards must be sent for shipment within seven (7) days of the order being paid, unless a longer period is shown for that product in the app. The time remaining is displayed on every item in your Vault from the moment it is added. Cards not sent for shipment within that period are donated as described in Section 13: you keep the opening video and the record of what you pulled permanently, and no refund, credit, or coupon is issued for the physical cards. This time limit applies from 6 September 2026, or from the date the order was paid if that is later, so any order placed before that date is given a full period from 6 September 2026. A shipping & handling fee is charged per shipment and is disclosed in full before you pay: $7.00 per shipment, or $14.00 where a shipment contains more than ten (10) packs. This fee covers postage, packaging, and the cost of fulfilling and processing the shipment. Orders are typically shipped within seven (7) days of your shipping request. Once shipped, a tracking number is added to your order and is available in the app under My Vault and Order history, and is emailed to you. Shipping times after dispatch are controlled by the carrier and are outside our control. You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address; an incorrect address may delay or prevent delivery, and reshipment to a corrected address may incur an additional fee. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provide; until then, Legacy Pullz is responsible for the physical cards associated with your account.
13. Donating packs
Instead of requesting shipment, you may choose to donate the cards from a pack in your Vault. Donation is normally optional and initiated only by you. Cards that are not sent for shipment within the period described in Section 12 are donated in the same way, without a further request from you. In either case donation is permanent — once a pack is donated it cannot be shipped to you, reversed, or exchanged, and no refund, credit, or coupon is issued for it. Donated cards are given away informally: we pass them on to children, for example at card shops or through local community groups. Legacy Pullz is not a registered charity, is not affiliated with any named charitable organization, and a donation made through this feature is NOT a tax-deductible charitable contribution. We do not issue donation receipts. We make no guarantee as to which particular child or group receives any specific card.
14. Account security & your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse or interfere with the service or other users.
15. Prohibited use
You may not: use automated means (bots, scripts) to purchase packs or interact with the service; attempt to circumvent per-account, per-order, or anti-fraud limits; create multiple or fake accounts; reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to breach the security of the service; resell access to the service; or use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. Violations may result in suspension or termination and forfeiture of ineligible rewards.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, cancel orders, or withhold rewards, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created risk or legal exposure for Legacy Pullz or others. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
17. Intellectual property
The Legacy Pullz name, logo, app design, text, graphics, and software are owned by Legacy Pullz or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our permission. All Pokémon-related names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners (see Section 1); nothing here grants you rights in them.
18. Feedback and communications
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other communications, you grant Legacy Pullz a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or obligation to you. The app does not host public user-generated content; any content you submit to us must be lawful and must not infringe the rights of others.
19. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Legacy Pullz provides the service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Pullz and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the service; and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Pullz and its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
21. Dispute resolution & governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer-protection law provides otherwise. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration on a non-class, non-representative basis administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, seated in South Carolina, and you and Legacy Pullz waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us so we can try to resolve the dispute.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Legacy Pullz after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date below.
23. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Legacy Pullz regarding the service.
